update: there a person impersonating him, for searching his name in skype will get you a nickname "boro cenic" butterfly.beyond which is using HIS picture, HIS name. and HIS information. after my search and learned how to get his skype from playerup and moved my mouse curser to his skype logo it was something else. long story short, someone is impersonating him, so he the REAL boro cenic did NOT scam me, it was the impersonator. i shall remove me negative feed from him.
