Negative feedback just means they had a negative experience purchasing your product. Which is valid, they did. I'll ask others their thoughts on this and they can decide on what to do.

Hikaru here is the issue. Your account was actually suspended for a valid reason. The services you offer are non legitimate. Customers are actually getting their accounts banned because of the way you're doing business and exploiting the games. Top up services are risky yes but still you're not sufficient on your deliveries, don't respond to your customers and are banning accounts in the process. This is bad, really bad. You need to change the way you're doing business here. This poor quality of services We're going to give you a 2nd chance here. Please MARK SOLD any threads you know the services you provide are risky. If they're too risky and buyers are getting their accounts banned, don't offer it. You're wasting your time, our time, and the buyers time and causing irreparable harm in the process. As for the negative feedback, nothing is wrong with bad feedback. Everyone has it. If they don't, they they're deceiving their customers. If you offer a good service, then you'll only get positive feedback to your account moving forward and buyers will see that.
