You're blaming us for scamming this person? We have nothing to do with this dispute and it was your decision to do this, not us. What you said is all the complete opposite of what @FRsFears is thinking as we're taking action to fight against scams. @FRsFears I suggest you call Neteller immediately and report this issue to them so they can at least take action against their account. We have an account manager at Skrill so it's possible if you provide us their e-mail address and open a complaint yourself, we can get their account closed.
