TOS (Age Question) and Suspension question

    Hello. I was wondering how you would go about claiming MM funds if your account was suspended. Also, I was talking with a client, and they said you had to be 18 in order to use the Secure Buy-now MM transactions, is this true? Won't lie, I'm not over the age of 18, hence why I ask.
