Hello, i sold my account to someone and wanted to get the money via Ethereum transaction but it seems that i will never get the money. He paid with PlayerUP credits and still it's been more than 100 hours since i'm waiting for the transaction from the middleman. I opened a ticket and tried to talk to someone because the ethereum transaction was taking too long so i wanted to get details because the ethereum is volatile so i don't want to lose money on the exchange rate but all i had was automated answers which are not helping at all in my case. Is it possible to send the ethereum soon because it said between 24-96 hours delivery and it's more than 96 and losing money on a bad delay isn't what i'm looking for by using PlayerUP. Thank you,
