He requested the purchase be done off of your website, the entire purchase was done through line per HIS request. It was so long ago, the account is no longer listed in his sales, and i have no records that go that far back on line.
I'd be happy to show you records of my talks with him on line from when the account was first taken from me, and all resources dumped.
