I ordered an nxb account several days ago. It says not to ask middleman questions here, but middleman is not responding to either the seller or myself, the buyer. There is no phone number, and we followed all instructions, with me following them again so see if I missed something. It said “order already activated, you don’t need to activate again.” Since middleman is not responding to tickets or emails, has no phone number, has already charged me while I have yet to get my account, who else can I ask about this?
