I read the rules that a negative feedback will be valid if the member got scammed OR not received delivery OR received delivery but not as described OR if he faces problem after the sale OR reasons similar to these. But in my case, No deal occurred with that person & this negative feedback is not valid. I don't ever received OR sent any messages to this guy. Kindly, remove this fake feedback.
