    This is basically where I'm at right now as well. Both of you seem legit but it's difficult tell who is at fault here. If this was a MM transaction, they'd likely refund the customer by default if it's 50-50. However you dealt direct with a seller that has had 1 bad dispute being this one in his history here.

    @Stendoh what do you want us to do exactly?
