Stole Money Got scammed by Hikaru_service

    Bought Final Fantasy Brave Exvius lapis from him and it was delivered within an hour. after 2 weeks i got banned from doing refunds as what customer support said. So this guy buys lapis then does refunds to get his money back. I want my money back please. I spent 150$ for it.
