The seller goes by Dmit_red on Discord and only preferred the method of Conversation he would reply too was on there. I made payment for his BBS account he had for sale on 5/2/19 and after I made the transfer of Funds he would not release the account and took my Money. He had a Mulit-account on here using a different user called Rageboot but dumb enough to still use his Same discord Tag in the posting. I paid 130.00 through paypal and he will not refund me. Yeah because I got him Banned when I opened an Urgent Ticket Complaint on him since I did not want to see other potential buyers get Scammed by his Lying, Dishonest, Cheating, Untrusted butt and the P.O.S that he is. Would have been nice if Playerup could have FORCED him to Repay me back the money he Stole from me tho but it is what it is and he Can't access the site to sell anymore.
Yes, I used Paypal. I only use Paypal to Buy items here and on other sites. I already contacted Paypal the same day the scam happened and there is Nothing Paypal can do to Refund me unless the other Party does a Payment return (aka Refund) from there end. But Unfortunately, that SOB RageBoot/Dmit_red will NOT give me my money back. I keep getting messages from him on Discord about if I send him another payment of 40.00 USD and transforms into His currency of RUB he will give me the account but that's a Lie. He never intended to give any buyer the account once the payment was sent because he thinks he's out of reach since he lives in Russia or some other 3rd world country where our laws and Rules don't apply. I've since Blocked him on Discord because I got tired of his BS.
Paid by Credit card through Paypal. I have a case Open but they have not gotten back to me yet. Case shows under review and ETA until someone does something if anything can be done is by May 31
Sounds good. I'm sure PayPal will help you. Sorry to hear you had to deal with this scumbag and hopefully you eventually get your money back but it may take until June
Paypal denied my Open claim for Unauthorized payment. There claiming since the account shows I've boughten Goods or Services from this site before you can't open an unauthorized claim if other transactions where authorized if that makes any sense at all. The only way to get the money back would be to have the Scammer Refund it but that's not going to happen. I've asked him over 20x to do that but he just ignores my message and replies with [ if you send me 40 more dollars I'll give u the account BS] So I'm guessing I've been screwed and my money is gone since PayPal will not help.
This is the problem with PayPal. They have next to no security for protecting small scam attacks. Users remove the funds and repeat the scam again with a new account. PayPal has never fixed this issue.
I paid using Goods and Services with my Credit Card. Paypal has denied all claims to an unauthorized charge. They're not going to do anything to get the money back. Basically a BIG middle finger from Paypal with the Pop Emo.
