    this Is a scam. He will ask you to send money to multiple accounts that have been blacklisted by PayPal, eventually when the money arrives into one of the accounts that isn’t blacklisted he will claim it takes time to clear and ask for more money but will never give out the account details. I can provide screenshots of our dealing to back up my claims. I now have to a week before I can escalate my claim which will then take weeks for PayPal to resolve If they rule in my favour as I foolishly agreed to his request to mark the item as being received.
