Why Should The Feedback Be Removed The buyer has made unfair feedback against us calling us scammers and that is just for 1-day delay to respond to his message. The buyer purchased a service from us that we no longer offer, and has faced issues with his previous order so we offered him a settlement either a refund or a replacement and so he did choose a refund, when were 1 day late to respond he left the feedback titled scammer, before opening the dispute we tried reaching out to the buyer, offered him yet a better deal and sorted out his problem, the buyer (as seen in the screenshot below) promised he will remove the feedback immediately after refund is made. We refunded the buyer yet after refund the buyer stopped on responding and left without committing to the deal or his promise. As the buyer's issue is resolved and he promised to remove the feedback we kindly ask of you to remove the negative feedback as it is not applicable and unfair 6.
