    @Rolan Full amount still not refunded. "His friend" or "staff" are not here to refund. There is no friend or staff, this guy has a lot of paypal accounts because they keep getting limited.

    I still find it suspicious that he's not refunding properly, by pressing the "refund this payment" button; https://i.imgur.com/s1jhtIL.png. He's making the issue so much longer.

    Last request; don't forget to be transparent on your shops. You should add on all of your services that you're doing the refund method.
