@Quy Tran you should refund the buyer for not being transparent beforehand. You are still responsible for what happened to your client's account after using your service. I suggest a full refund since their account is already banned. I think @Lunatik didn't really have any choice but to continue with the purchase even after knowing about your method since you already completed one of his orders. He went through with your deal and completed it, knowing that his account my get banned, but still hoped that you really knew what you were doing and everything will be fine but that's not what happened as we already know.

The buyer is giving you a chance here, so do what's right and refund them. They trusted you when they used your service even after knowing your method, not sure why you are doubting them now. If i were the buyer i would also be pissed at you for screwing my account and will say mean things. Edit: But like i said, the buyer is in no way not at fault here. Accounts will be at risk if you buy in-game currencies from outside source, that is in every games Terms & Services and both of you clearly tried to exploit it.

Yes, i think that's what the buyer wants, refund him his money. Can't really do anything about the account now unless the game devs are allowing players to resolve their payment issues to unban their account.
