Not long after I made first purchase I asked them if it was refund method they were doing, and rest assured it was. The specified seller has no text saying they are doing refund method, anywhere. The seller says they deliver, which they do, but little ignorant me should have known not to go for cheaper sides. I am creating this dispute because the seller doesn't want to refund my money back "because they delivered" - this is a pure indirect scamming, they are aware of what they're doing is globally illegal and unallowed on all games. I would also like to add that the user only accepts paypal payments as "family & friend" because they are aware of paypal's refund policy around that. Since paypal won't probably refund my money, unless the user themselves do it, I will call my bank (unless, of course, we come to a refund solution).

You might want to check the screenshots and conversation. Do not turn around the dates. You told me about refund method AFTER I made the first payment and asked you if it was refund method. You weren't transparent about it before payment. Also, what's your reasoning behind accepting only paypal payments as family & friend?
I also request you to transact via playerup middleman with higher fees, but you accept through me if I really was scammed why I have to top up the account for you while I can get that money no need to top up and one more thing I have to say the use of cheap refund method before . You did, but you realize this doesn't make any sense, right? My account would still get banned regardless of the deal method. Because you're unwilling to refund as you got my account banned.
I can assure you, had I known it was refund method all before the initial payment, I would have skipped. This guy kept on re-assuring, post-admission of refund method, that it is safe. He kept on saying afterwards that the method won't get my account banned. I am still wondrous why you're still accepting paypal payments as "family & friend". I want to read your argument.
