    I got a notification that buyer has paid the listing and it told me to check inbox, but there's no new messages or 3-ways-conversation.

    If you didn't receive a 3 way ticket, that means the buyers order is either still pending or pending verification. Until the 3 way ticket is active, you don't need to deliver and just need to remain patient.
