I'm sorry but if a customer leaves you a negative feedback, we don't remove it. If you want to appeal that, you need to open a feedback dispute against a member. Negative feedback removal only applies for middleman transactions which you failed to deliver. 2 of those feedbacks were removed. Of course if you scam somebody then feedback isn't removed and you are banned on PlayerUp but that doesn't apply to you. All you did was failed to deliver certain orders hence why the 2 feedback was removed and we gave you another opportunity and fresh start.
