I have written to middleman several messages but I have got no responses apart from automated ones. So I had to write in this space. I have made a transaction (Transaction ID: 1130000000262665418) of USD 20 (INR 1489) on 19.03.2019 on your website to buy imvu account but the the transaction was not completed and the transaction was refunded by you. However on 26th April 2019 in my credit card statement I have been charged this amount. The credit card company have asked me to contact the merchant regarding this. So, I would like to request you to contact the merchant and see that my amount is refunded to my credit card account or credit the amount as player up credits so I can use it in my future transactions. It will be great if you could solve this issue as quickly as possible.
@Middleman has fixed this issue so this issue is now resolved. They had to revoid the payment so that should process in 1-10 days.
