About 4 days after i received the money for the account, Carlo tried to cancel the order. And now he says that the account is banned. and he wants his money back. I believe that, that is a lie, as he tried to scam me before. He asked me if he could log in to my microsoft account to merge the fortnite account. 5 minutes later i found out that the password was changed. I managed to recover the account, by using my xbox and some security questions. And when i logged in i found 2 emails linked instead of mine. [email protected], [email protected] and Carlo Bobó as the name instead of mine. 'cb' in the first email probably stands for Carlo Bobo. Anyway, if an admin or moderator could check, with what email Carlo registered with on playerup, and it would be one of those two. I would have proof that he indeed tried to scam me. I can provide proof of that the emails and the name were really changed on my microsoft account in form of a screenshot. It will cost me 5$ though as its a kinda old screenshot, and you need to pay 5$ to gyazo to view old screenshots, so if possible i want to avoid that And even if the account was actually banned, i don't believe that makes him entitled to make a refund. He used #, he got it banned, its his fault.
