    Hi All,

    Have a TH25 with Swamp Mastery (one of first few in the realm), ranked top 25 by might (well above 1b) on realm that still has a low-ish transfer cap.

    Studies are maxed. All 3 dragons purchased & well leveled. 4.4m troops - mostly T4's and 4 full marches of T4 hunts. Research trees very well taken care of - you won't need to do any cleaning here. All payed event avatars available and never missed a dq - dragons well ranked.

    2nd builder until Mid-May. Good/quiet reputation in realm - no transfer issues or bounties on your head.

    Allies + Gold: 383m (see Raid Brew below for gold option)
    Food: 418m
    Ore: 314m

    Brew: 500k
    Raid Brew: 371k (Option: purchase empty clan with 135 raids in it, this would be an additional 546mn gold + ea. rss/exp/chow/relics/etc) [+$50]

    This account has >$1,000 spent on it and it's sad I need to let it go, but figured someone out there could put it to good use! Need more info? Just ask!
