As it says in your 3 way ticket, your cancellation is pending approval. An agent should update that today. Cancellations aren't instant though we will be making an update later in the year to partially automate this. As of now you're all set just wait for our team to update your cancellation. Depending how you paid it will either be an instant refund once approved or you'll need to cash it out manually.
