    I am Korean and not good at English.
    So please understand because I use a translator.
    I talked to the seller.
    But he doesn't use a middleman service.
    He said he would only be paid by PayPal.
    I paid by PayPal as he requested.
    He stole my money and went into hiding
    It's my mistake not to use the middleman service.
    I submit my report in the hope that there will be no more victims.
