    Already spoke to @Quick Garde about this a couple hours. We're working on a plan here to get the account back/bring some justice but @Quick Garde isn't at fault here. He is a reseller.

    We have agreed to cancel the order and will take the LOSS on this transaction for the both of you. Hope you're happy with that :)

    Reason we're taking the loss is something @Quick Garde mentioned before the transaction and our longterm business relationship with Quick Garde that has been extremely positive and Quick Garde has been a solid seller with very little issues prior to this.

    Rolling back 2 transactions cancelling both of them to make this transaction cancel easily without all the hassle.

    Also @Zoidak you didn't purchase insurance. Next time include that. Luckily you have after sale protection still on all transactions and thankfully you used middleman services to shield you from a huge potential loss.
