Resolved Need a refund on a scammed account ASAP

I’m honestly getting a little annoyed, I made a ticket almost two weeks ago stating that I was scammed when using the middleman service, he flagged it has shipped and I didn’t, 55 dollars I lost, I made a ticket before hand you guys told me to give you a transaction ID and everything I waited another week on that and then you guys delete my post? And on top of that I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my cashout to process, like honestly what is this. I keep getting “it will be sent shortly” or “ it will be sent within 48 hours” like come on y’all this is actually redidulous, I thought being a verified member speeds this type of stuff up but it feels as if I got faster replies not being verified..
