Hey Hulk, thanks for the help dude! I got the funds back and he got the account back so not to much harm done there. I think if me and him go further he wants to go a different path only because he feels like it takes to long to use the middleman... thats what made him recover the account in the first place.
It shouldn't have taken long. His account was suspended for setting up multiple accounts otherwise he would have received his payment right away.
