    All bases between states 1 and 193 can immigrate to any of this states. This base is in state 161 so you can immigrate to any of this states for 5£. That's why low power. If you get more power to immigrate you would have to pay more than 150£.
    The price is more than fair my friend. Already sold some of the same time for the same price

    I currently have 4 farms 2 of which are 18 and one 17 and a 16...I can't justify $50 for an 18 but thanks
