Sold Level 25 Base with full t9

I am selling a level 25 base.
It has:
-full t9
-1,5 million buildings
-4,8 million tech
-troops: about 18 million power (still rising..)
-avarage heroes: 3 S1, 2 S1, 2 S3 and 16 general orange heroes with some upgrades to do..
-Doomsday level 47

It is a rich trader base with a lot of ressources and 750k diamonds.

I have a nice traders base at level 25 with full t9 (partly enhanced)

Total Power 25.591.177 (on April 3rd)

Troops: 19.051.599
Buildings: 1.621.103
Tech: 4.918.453

There are about 900k diamonds (partly in the inventory), a lot of speedups (especially for troop building) and ressources.
I still work on master town defence which is at 37% now (the rest is maxed except parts production (98%) and master military (3%) and the missile buildings (which are now at level 25 (the first one which reduces the costs for missiles), 23 (antimissile building) and 21 (the building which increases the destruction power of missiles).
This is why the power (and diamonds) still increases.
I played as trader from the beginning and kept the items for changing to raider or gatherer so you can change this easily.
If you want to migrate from state 77 you need migration tickets because I do not have any. I also do not have the VIP-shop opened.
But I spent a lot of time to build the gathering parts for the APCs. So there are some golden parts which are useful on mondays..
