Why Should The Feedback Be Removed @Middleman this is too much I really don't understand how is it possible that any user can simply leave a negative feedback without providing enough reasons the valued buyer mentioned above did not do any transaction with us, neither did we receive any 3 way conversation as he claims, we searched all middleman 3 way conversation just to find his order and we did not, he thinks we scammed him when we did not yet get his money or know what service he ordered, buyers think that by buying through middleman they are directly dealing with us, we tried communicating with the buyer and asking for their order details but he never gave us, I have been struggling with this matter it is really affecting our sellings I have also disputed 2 other random feedback but none gets resolved when customers see these unfair or at sometimes deliberate feedbacks they stop buying from us, PLEASE do take an immediate action at its nearest.
