We have been sending out daily order updates on all orders. I can see here that you've been informed several times about the status of your account. Our site has been issuing delivery delays to all PS4 Black Knight orders through email + website notifications + discord status updates. We have also seen that you have disputed the payment via PayPal. I did a quick search and I understand that you are frustrated, but you're opening claims on almost every single website that we touch/ spamming us. I would really appreciate if you could just escalate it on one platform or just simply deal with us directly so we can handle it through there. We are extremely busy and its hard to update every platform for the same support request. All this does is delay your order. We also do not sell Fortnite accounts on Playerup. Please view our status pages through our platforms and read our status notifications to stay informed. We recently just sent out a notification that we are processing all of our orders, but since you have escalated a dispute on PayPal, our escalations team has to review your order. There should have been no claim in the first place opened on this website. I know you're frustrated and are trying to get attention about your order, but the actions you're pursuing will only delay any issues you may have about your order.
We understand that you are trying to get extra attention to your order but we would also appreciate if you stopped spamming "scammer" "stole Money" etc. This is a complete false statement about our website.
Yeah I will close this thread I want to resolve the issue ASAP like I just want the product I paid for (Black Knight Account)...I will continue messaging in email.Otherwise you may as well give me my money back cause it's not a fair trade off
