The following user above is in violation of section 5.4 of our terms of service. Just an update on this individual: On August 18, 2015, Chase H Vaughan agreed to stop using our website completely and returned the account to the buyer. On that same day, he created yet another account under the username Johnson7354. On August 28 2015, he then attempted to create a fake middleman transaction yet again with the user Sylvia Lettow where he then scammed them. At this point, it doesn't appear he is going to stop. We are left with no choice but to fine this individual $1,000.00 per individual he exploited which is the maximum penalty we can fine someone for exploiting. This amount will be collected through the various legal agencies we are connected with. All collected amounts will go to the victims for which he scammed. .
