Warning: PlayerUp Will Never Ask You To Contact Them On Kik or 3rd Party Chat

Hello again,

The purpose of this email is to describe an experience that I had today with a KiK member (screen name: Tomy Clance and KiK ID: tomyclance)

He contacted me via KiK, which is no big deal and tried to setup a transaction on KIK. After I told him I would only transact with the middleman on this site, he said ok no problem. He requested that I post the middleman link on my thread and then asked for my email address on KIK so he could make the payment. I gave him me email but not my password.

Soon after I posted the middleman link, I was contacted on KIK by (PlayerUpMiddleman-Verified KiK ID: PlayerUpMiddleman23) which I knew was strange and is listed as never do, BUT he even sent me an email FIRST from [email protected]. I couldn't tell initially if it was fake, then he began asking for passwords to verify the account. Red flag went up and I was able to prevent the loss of my account. These guys are getting very crafty.

Anyone can create a FROM email address that says [email protected] but they won't be able to receive e-mails if you send back a reply to [email protected]. We will NEVER under any circumstance do business with you on Kik, Skype, or any 3rd party platform in order to reduce potential exploiting like this.
