your walls, troops and defense lvl are too weak sir. maxed out th8 with lvl 8 walls price maybe not more than $250 and it is better than your acc. so if you want to attract many buyers you should lower your price for this acc. trust me, 350 is not worth for this account.

I got xbows, high level queen, and barb, high level minion, witch, lava hound, maxed dark drills, maxed hogs, maxed giants, jump spell, and many more upgrades compared to TH8, i maxed out my Th8 before coming to Th9, but thanks, and i am not bringing my price lower, its not worth less than £200 in UK, (which is $350)
