Delivered the account to him, he payed without using friends and family so I refunded him. Since PayPal takes fees I couldn't refund him the whole amount, thus deciding and telling me that he will disputed against me if I don't take my own money out of my own money to refund him, which I am not going to do since his clear intent was to scam me since I instructed him to send the payment friends and family, and he still did not. I don't know if this was a noobie mistake or he did indeed intend to scam me with the "Goods and Service" disputed options on digital items.

You have 3 disputes opened @JaxJack. Nobody legit would have this many disputes opened in a short period of time unless you had bulk buyers which you don't.
