Fraud Program In order to combat fraud, we are launching the first ever Combat Fraud Service (BETA) dedicated towards this industry. What is this service? This is a free service that is used to help aid those members who are victims of fraudulent acts by another member. Who can use this service? All registered PlayerUp members who didn't complete a transaction through PlayerUp Middleman Services can use this service. For PlayerUp Middleman orders, those transactions are partially and fully guaranteed already so their is no need to use this service as Middleman Services use a more advanced approach. What are the requirements? All parties must have a registered account on PlayerUp.com The individual you're filing a claim against must be above the age of 18 The individual you're filing a claim against you must have their username, full name and address What can this service offer? This service will act as a mediator to resolve disputes. If the dispute is decided in your favor and the other party is unwilling to resolve this dispute, we will fine the other party. Any proceeds collected from this fine will then be disbursed to the victim. What limitations does this service offer? We are only able to attempt to collect in certain countries. If the party for which you have filed a complaint against doesn't live in a country we support, we would be limited on what we can do to assist you using this service. Additionally, in countries we do support there is no guarantee that this service would be able to resolve the issue. How can I file a claim and use this service? 1). Open A Dispute providing all required documentation so we can investigate your claim. 2). Notify the other party that you have filed a claim. 3). Wait for @Admin and @Disputes to respond and resolve your claim. .
